What is Open Heavens all about?

Open Heavens is the annual citywide New Year’s Eve service hosted by House of Praise, Mississauga. The evening is jam packed to be a night of praise, worship, energetic dance, impactful Word and much more! Open Heavens is FREE and open to all. Join us on December 31st to usher in the New Year in an atmosphere of worship!

Where is the event being held?

Open Heavens 2019 will be held at The International Centre. The address is 6900 Airport Rd Mississauga, ON L4V 1E8 Canada. Visit the venue page to view the map

What time does the event start?

Doors open at 7:00PM, and the event starts at 8:00PM sharp!

Which musical artists are in attendance this year?

Our Artist line-up includes the dynamic ministrations of Don Moen, Chevelle Franklyn, Planetshakers, Tye Tribbett, PPV and much more! For more information on each performer, please visit our ministration page.

If I arrive late, will I be guaranteed seats?

We strongly urge everyone to arrive on time, as seats will fill up fast. We will be unable to accommodate any more attendants after this capacity has been reached.

Is there (free) parking?

The International Centre has free parking available on the premises.

I don't have a car, how can I attend?

We have you covered! There will be free shuttles provided for those that want to attend but do not have transportation. Shuttles will be available to pick up and drop off event-goers before and after the event at designated locations across the GTA. Please visit our transportation page to view the schedule

Do I need to buy/reserve tickets?

By the grace of God, Open Heavens is (and will always be) FREE! You simply need to come out and have a great time. We strongly encourage you to come early, as there are limited seats at the venue.

I need to step out of the venue for a brief moment, am I allowed back into the venue once the event begins?

As a security measure, NO RE-ENTRY IS PERMITTED after you have exited the International Centre doors once the event begins.

Is there accessibility seating?

We are pleased to announce again this year that accessibility seating and sign language interpretation will be provided for attendants with such requirements. Contact us  for more information

Is there accessibility transportation?

I'm coming from out of town, where can I stay?

I am unable to attend. Can I watch it live?

The event will be streamed live. You can watch online by clicking here.

What can I bring to the venue?

Any purses or briefcases that are larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″ will not be allowed into the venue. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to the following: oversized backpacks, oversized luggage and coolers. This policy also prohibits any hard-sided bags.
